This level up from a basic wash will get rid of that debris on the windows. Debris, such as dried paint or plaster, will be scraped off with a razor blade and/or scrubbed with an abrasive.

After all debris has been removed, the window is washed and dried. Many companies will also include the washing of frames and sills at this cleaning level.

Level III: Ultra-Clean- The ultimate level of clean is great for that once or twice a year overhaul needed on some windows. This level takes care of the removal of construction debris, then a thorough cleaning ensues. The panes, frames, and sills are all taken care of with a cleaning solution. There are some companies that also offer to clean the screens and tracks of windows during this ultimate window cleaning process.

These various levels of service are provided through many commercial window cleaning companies. Business and homeowners alike may wish to schedule these services in advance. Window cleaning companies offer their services with reservations on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and even annually basis.
